ZARZAR MODELS

Hello Girls:

Many models constantly ask the agency if we represent non-exclusive models and the calling priority for those non-exclusive models. While the majority of our models are quickly becoming exclusive as the agency continues to grow year after year, the agency does represent a few non-exclusive models simply because we have known them for many years or they already have years of fashion modeling experience. All of this is generally explained to our models prior to being signed but below is a quick summary of the priority sequence when booking models for fashion campaigns:

Exclusive models: because these models rely on our agency exclusively for their modeling income they get priority for all jobs, specially the high paying jobs ($2,000.00+ per day). It is simply a matter of ethics.

Non-exclusive models: if our exclusive models are either booked, not available, or simply not interested because the job does not pay as much as other jobs then we start calling our non-exclusive models.

Model applicants: if our non-exclusive models are either booked, not available, or simply not interested because the job does not pay as much as other jobs then we start calling our model applicants (models applying to the agency) that have interviewed with the agency at least once (these models are not represented by the agency but instead are considered friends of the agency). A few select top model applicants (less than 1% of the applicant pool) eventually become agency models.
